New Delhi, 5th  March 2018: H&M Studio presented its S/S 2018 “see now, buy now” collection during Paris fashion week recently, inspired by the urban grace and the intrinsic minimalism of Japan. The Musée des Arts Décoratifs was transformed into a modern vision of the archetypal Japanese interior, complete with iconic tatami mats and statement-making ikebana compositions, for the event. Guests including Alexa Chung, Alek Wek, Winnie Harlow, Daisy Harlow and Caroline De Maigret were first treated to a chic Japanese dinner before the runway show took place amid the maze of tables.

“The Musée des Arts Décoratifs is such a beautiful, iconic venue and it’s wonderful timing that we have the opportunity to show H&M Studio in a place that will later host a major art exhibition of Japan, which greatly influenced our S/S 2018 collection. We’re also very happy to be sponsoring the exhibition, which no doubt will delve into the beauty and design sensibility of Japan,” says Pernilla Wohlfahrt, H&M’s Design Director.

H&M Studio is the key seasonal collection from H&M, with its own dedicated design team. Making fashion more accessible, this ‘see now, buy now’ collection launched in select stores worldwide today, arrived exclusively at H&M Ambience Mall store, Vasant Kunj. The city’s swish set of influentials, creative catalysts and fashion lovers explored the RTW collection, straight off the runway, at a shopping event in store.

At Ambience, enabling unparalleled customers experience and quality offerings are at the very core of our business. That the Ambience mall is the chosen venue for this exclusive event - the only one in the country – hosted by the H&M store is indicative of the mall’s standing as the preferred destination of customers and brands alike and their strong belief in our value proposition” explained Arjun Gehlot, Director, Ambience Mall – Gurgaon & Vasant Kunj.
